Hi, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself, and to let you all know what my blog will be about. I’m Clara, and I am currently working on converting a short four-windowed bus into a home on wheels.
< This is me.
A little about me: I’m in my twenties, have graduated from college, and absolutely love to travel. As I've already been to eight other countries, and as COVID has made international travel a lot harder, I have decided to explore the States. Additionally, as a very patriotic American, it made complete sense for me to travel and explore my country even more than I already have. Growing up, my family of nine always drove everywhere for vacations. That’s what gave me the idea that you see more of the country driving instead of flying and part of the reason why I bought a bus. In general, I’m not a big fan of working the typical nine to five job, because I feel too constrained and there is not enough freedom to do what I want to do. I want to use this time to travel and really focus on becoming a better photographer. I also like being able to go on vacation whenever I want but still being able to make a living online. Although I am still working on my bus (and am not very far), I plan to be out on the road by this fall, so I'll be able to catch some of those fall colors!
Be sure to check out my Instagram page @clara.photography278 to see some of my photos. I love photography of all kinds but specifically love nature and landscape photography. I also have a page dedicated just for the bus project @buswanderings so like and follow that too for more updates.
Feel free to message me with any questions, comments, or ideas and I will do my best to keep up with responding!
